At Sasga Yachts, a benchmark shipyard in the design and manufacture of recreational boats with a Mediterranean seal, we are looking to incorporate a Process Engineer to strengthen our technical team and promote the operational transformation of our production areas.

🧭 What will your mission be?

• Analyze, design and improve the plant's production processes, with a structured focus on efficiency, order and safety.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) aimed at reducing waste, improving flows and optimizing time and space.
• Design and execute layout changes and reorganization of work areas, aligning ergonomics, productivity and prevention.
• Promote the advanced implementation of the 5S methodology, ensuring its sustainability over time.
• Collaborate with Production, ORP and Maintenance to ensure that processes meet safety, quality and operational efficiency standards .
• Document procedures, define work standards and provide technical support to production lines.

🎯 Profile we are looking for

• High sensitivity towards occupational safety and improvement of the working environment.
• Training in Industrial Engineering, Organization or similar.
• Previous experience (minimum 5 years) in process improvement in industrial environments (preferably automotive, machinery, marine or advanced manufacturing).
• Practical mastery of Lean and continuous improvement tools. Experience in Kaizen cultural environments.
• Ability to observe, analyze, propose and execute changes with method and follow-up.
• A decisive, structured person, with a practical mentality and a vocation for transformation.
• Good command of Excel, AutoCAD or similar design/layout software.
