Sasga Yachts has celebrated the first launching of model 42 of the year 2019. The boat has left the facilities of the shipyard, located in the polygon of Sant Lluis, to be launched in the waters of the Port of Mahon on its way to Italy.
The launch, which has been assisted by the technical service of the company Nautic Center Menorca, has been a real spectacle, given the size of the boat and the large number of people who have participated in the operation. Without a shadow of a doubt, a unique experience.
Currently, the new Menorquín 42 HT sails through the Mediterranean towards Lavagna, Genoa, the base port of the vessel. In addition, it is expected to be exhibited at the next Genoa Boat Show, which is held between September 19 and 24, promoted by our dealer for Italy, Pedetti Yacht Sales. The classic and elegant line of Menorquín 42 has always been an attraction for the Italian market, one of the main enthusiasts of the "llaüt" of Menorca.
For more than 5 months around 60 people have worked in the construction, marketing and logistics of the boat, taking care of every detail. From the design to the finishes have been designed in a personalized way. Being a totally handmade process, the boat has unique elements and its own identity.
Access to the lounge, located on the main deck, is through a retractable glass door and varnished iroco wood, which gives the shipowners the option of creating a fully air conditioned interior space or enjoying the exterior landscape. The client has chosen white oak wood, moisture resistant material, firm and very elegant. The fusion of the living room and the kitchen has impregnated the space with character, which has resulted in a harmonized and balanced area, perfect for sharing with family or friends.
The model 42 Hard Top has classic style interiors, very well designed and spacious. 3 double cabins, all of a remarkable size, make the space an environment with sufficient autonomy so that guests can feel at home. In this sense, two bathrooms with separate showers improve the habitability of the boat and give each compartment more privacy, which as a whole allows navigation to be comfortable and pleasant.
The Menorquín 42 HT has been designed for the enjoyment and relaxation of a family so that the different security measures have been taken into account in all elements of the installation such as doors and windows, furniture, wiring, plugs, mechanisms and lights.
